Accessibility Statement

Effective date: 12 July 2026

Our commitment

This website is run by Scrumptious Consultancy Limited, trading as SC Advisory Group. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it, whatever their abilities and whatever technology they use. That means you should be able to navigate the site with a keyboard alone, use it with a screen reader, zoom in or increase text size without content breaking, and read it at a comfortable level of contrast.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of how we build and review the site, not as a one-off exercise: we check it as the site changes, and we fix what we find.

We describe this as an aim rather than a certified result. We have not yet had the site independently audited against WCAG 2.2 AA, so we do not claim full conformance. Where we know about a shortfall we would rather say so than overstate the position.

Things you should know

Some content on this site is provided by third parties and we have less control over it. In particular, the Google Map on our contact section is embedded from Google, and its interactive controls may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. The map does not load until you choose to load it, and the office address is always shown in plain text next to it, so you never need to use the map to get the information.

Reporting an accessibility barrier

If you find something on this site you cannot use, please tell us. Contact us at info@scadvisorygroup.co.uk or call +44 23 8225 0164. It helps if you can tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using.

We will acknowledge your report, tell you who is looking into it, and tell you what we intend to do about it. If you need information from this site in a different format — for example large print, plain text or an accessible document — ask us and we will provide it.

If you are not happy with our response

If you raise an accessibility barrier with us and you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can escalate it through our complaints and quality route.

Review of this statement

We review this statement when the site changes materially, and at least once a year. The latest version will always be on this page.
